Da DiceTerms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Da Dice app ("the app"), published by AllDunne ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.
Your content
Any text you enter into the app, such as dice set names or custom faces, stays on your device and remains yours.
Fair use
The app generates random dice rolls for entertainment and games. Do not rely on it for anything where a fault in the app could cause harm or loss.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be error free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Updates and ending
We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it. These terms end when you do.
App stores
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply, and Apple or Google are not responsible for the app or for providing support for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
